Here are some important information about our shop while shopping with us. If you have questions regarding the content below, please feel free to message us
- Shopping with us has ZERO shipping fees for all orders in the USA or minimum spend of $100 for any overseas orders! Yes we absorb all shipping fees once it meets this criteria.
- Items are shipped from our USA and overseas warehouses, so items MAY be shipped separately to you.
- Delivery days are during weekdays (working days). Weekend and public holidays are not included.
- Delivery from our USA warehouse to within USA will take up to 5 - 7 days (longer times for more remote areas) while items shipped from our overseas warehouse will take up to 60 days (currently with Covid19 situation).
- Certain factors regarding logistics, lack of material by suppliers, or when items suddenly go out of stock during your order, all could be the causes of delayed delivery. Under these circumstances, customers will be contacted and an option to cancel the item will be provided with full refund.
General Product Information
Before shipping out your order, parcels and packaging will be inspected to ensure they're complete and in good condition. However, damages on packaging may still happen during delivery. Please do reach out to us if you do encounter any problems with your shipment.
Due to various factors of online shopping, a 10-20% discrepancy in measurement and colors is considered normal.
Shipping may also be delayed during holiday seasons or force majeure events. Also, if items are in supply shortage or are defective, we will keep you updated via email.
About Refund & Exchange
- When the product is still unused, but you find it wrong or defective
Within 7 days of your parcel arrival, if the product you have purchased is unused but faulty, damaged, or wrongly described anywhere within our website, you are able to ask for a full refund or exchange.
Kindly send us clear pictures or videos of the product you have received by emailing to us at email@example.com and clearly state the problem you have encountered.
We will contact you for additional information (if any) and proceed to arrange for a refund / exchange once all is in order.
- When the product is still unused, correct and in good condition
Within 7 days of your parcel arrival, if the product you have purchased is able to function well, and/or is correctly described as you saw within our website, but it does not meet your expectation, you are able to ask for exchange or refund.
Please notice: Under this situation, you will need to absorb the return delivery fee, since the product itself is delivered without any problem in the first place. We will make a full refund for the item(s) in question less a small processing fee.
Kindly send us clear pictures or videos of the product you have received by emailing to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and clearly state why you feel like asking for exchange/refund clearly.
After confirming with our Customer Service, please arrange to send the parcel back to us. Details will be provided to you.
Once we have received your parcel, we will arrange your exchange/refund as soon as possible.
